As you do something like yoga, you will not only feel that your body is changing, but your mind will also be changing. You will strengthen in this way. Meditation and mindfulness is something that a lot of people practice. It helps you to stay in the present moment. You will learn more about what triggers the temptation and you will know what to do and how to get out of this moment.

Exercise acts like a stimulant in itself, and addicts are encouraged to take part in this. Of course, one has to be careful that this doesn't turn into an addiction. It needs to be worked into the schedule. People who have been suffering from anorexia also need to make sure that this does not settle back into an old pattern. There are different types of exercises that one can get used to.
