Remy Human Hair Versus Other Types Of Extensions

By Edward Bennett

If there is one thing everyone knows they should not mess with when it comes to a woman, it has got to be her hair. Women invest so much time and money to make sure that their locks look amazing at all times. One of the ways they achieve this is by adding extensions to their locks that make it look much longer and stunning. The most common extensions used these days to get that desired effect are Remy Human Hair.

There are three different types of extensions made of human hair and Remy is one of them. It is not the best nor the worst of the three different types but it is superb quality and though it may be somewhat expensive, it does last long. It is the most preferred of the three because it is affordable and lasts long.

The effect you want when you get your locks done is to look stunning. The last thing you want is curious glances trying to figure out if it is actually your hair or not and wondering why it is not toning. You want to be admired, period. But this is not possible when people look at your locks and find faults in it no matter how well it has been styled.

It is for this reason that the virgin extensions lasts longer. Virgin extensions can last up to two years while Remy lasts up to a year. The longer extensions last, the more expensive they are. It is for this reason that virgin extensions are normally the most expensive.

Remy extensions are of a superior quality that can handle heat and extreme styling not to mention they can be colored. So apart from having extensions that look like a continuance of your locks, you have extensions that so not have to be removed when your locks are being washed, dyed, treated or styled. This not only save you money but also time and energy.

Remy hair is the most used extension of the three because it is affordable and lasts long. It may be more expensive than the non-Remy extensions but they are so worth it as you do not have to replace them often. These extensions are gathered in a process similar to the virgin extensions where the locks are cut from the ponytail of a customer ensuring that all cuticles are intact and flow in the same direction.

Also, a company with a good reputation processes the locks it has collected in a proper manner. Good processing takes time and should be eco friendly. Many companies do not care for this as the longer the processing takes the fewer products they are able to put out. They therefore use harsh treatments to hasten the process.

It is therefore important to confirm the type of extension you are purchasing is the quality you need at the appropriate price. Make sure that it is from a reputable company that gathers the locks ethically and use eco friendly means when processing the hair. This ensures that you not only have a quality product but a sustainable one too.
