The numbers of obese cases have drastically increased in the world due to the changes of lifestyle in the world. This is affecting the whole world and is quickly spreading. It is mainly connected to the fact that most people are preferring junk food. It has also been observed that it has even decreased the length of life of human beings as compared to people a hundred years ago. The level of fat in the bodies of individuals has spun out of control and there is need to know about cholesterol and natural cholesterol lowering.

Among the main hidden characters that makes it a deadly weapon is its ability to remain undetected. Having high amounts of fat in the body has devastating results but they can only be witnessed after they reach their last stage. This is resulted by the fact that it can only be monitored after administering a blood test.Most people do not know this and hence they are extremely exposed to danger because they ignore their body organs and conditions.

A public education campaign was started by health organization to teach people about the importance of having regular blood tests to help monitor and manage each and every detail of their body before they experience horrific outcomes. The adage prevention is better than cure is true because after this practice the number of lipid related patient has dropped immensely.

In the same view people are encouraged to use natural option to reduce the amount of lipids deposited in the walls of blood vessel to the ordinary level. There are ways that encourage tablet and other medicinal ways like statin but their disadvantage is that if the fat is not controlled at the lower level it will come back stronger hence more damage.

One of this prevention ways is by ensuring that the diet intake is healthy. This is vividly depicted by the increase in the cases of strokes and heart disease in the modern times. This is because the food in the olden days was consumed in its original state and not altered chemically. Example of these dishes included sweet potatoes and arrow roots only to mention a few.

Another thing that has changed is the way of making the food. This is because the only cooking method was boiling which does not add any fat to food as compared to the recent methods which include deep frying and shallow frying. The additional lipids make the whole process of breakdown forcing the body to store it as it tries to break it down slowly.

Changing the daily habit also helps the body. One of these habits is smoking. Tobacco has been found to be directly proportional to the amount of fat deposited at the walls of the body. Another good habit is doing exercises. The normal exercises can be very tedious but extremely slow in terms of result.

Some of the exercises include leg ups, press ups and jogging and many others. The main difference that most people do not realize for maximum output is the time to conduct such exercises. The best time to do them is before taking any meal this will ensure that the deposited fat is the one that will be burned and not the food that is in the stomach.
