It might be for the best if the person can go for a hybrid exercise. This means that one should try to intensify the said routine by simply adding some twist to a person's workout. Try to add lunges to one's bicep curls. One may also try alternative push-ups or jumping to stimulate the heart which will then improve one's stamina.

Explosive movements are important for every work-out. The person should make sure to incorporate various explosive movements into their routines. They should do this so that they can improve both their endurance and strength. To incorporate the right explosive movements, they should increase the work-out speed that they currently use to keep up.
